LogMeIN - Popular service for remote desktop sharing. Easily access remote PC by installing a client software onto each machine. Good for remote PC trouble-shooting, etc. Its available for both Windows and MAC.
TightVNC – TightVNC is a cross-platform, open-source remote desktop application. With TightVNC, you need to set up a VNC server on the computer you wish to access remotely; you can then remotely access that computer from anywhere else with any VNC viewer. It is available for Windows and Linux.
TeamViewer - It is more or like same as LogMeIn. Its more secure and is offered in two version free and paid. Its free for non-commercial users. Its one of the best remote desktop tools I have ever used. It is desktop based. Available for both Windows and MAC. But can be installed on linux using wine.
Windows Remote Desktop Connection – It is a default inbuilt application built into Windows which can be used for sharing screens and giving support. UltraVNC – UltraVNC is an open-source desktop application. UltraVNC has many featrures including text chat, file transfer support, and support for optional plug-ins. You can access your computer from any operating system using your web browser. Its a Windows only application.
ShowmyPC - ShowMyPC provides free and premium tools for Instant Collaboration to all users. Software includes Desktop Sharing, Screen Recording, Remote PC access.
