Facebook is such a topic that the talks about it doesn’t gets over.Day in day out many new applications, amazing groups and communities grow up in relation to Facebook that it is impossible to take the notice of all. Facebook is a complete world in itself.
While blogging I also came through this script which is made for Facebook Video Application.
One of the drawbacks to the Facebook Video application is the inability to generate links by which these videos can be embedded on other websites. With all of the flash-based video sites popping up and taking over, it’s no wonder that one of the things people usually ask for most from these sites is the ability to share. Of course, with Facebook, it’s all about sharing content.

Steps to embed and share Facebook videos.
1.Install the Greasemonkey extension for Firefox
2.Then install the Facebook Video script
3.Voilla..Its done.Begin embedding those Facebook videos to your own site and share them with your buddies.
The Facebook Video script makes it easy for you to share a video by giving you the actual embed code, much like how YouTube do’s it.
It’s a very useful hack for a much needed default feature within Facebook Video. I wonder why Facebook decided to leave it out. Privacy issues? Content control? Who knows! But I do know this, that Facebook Video and Greasemonkey script are great!

“Facebook content should stay on Facebook because it relies on the social graph blah blah blah…” Do you think anyone cares about the social graph when someone uploads a video of them and their friends? No, they just want to post it on there Myspace profile or whatever. Bottom line is, people want be able to share there crap with other people. Not everyone one has a Facebook. What good is it to post a video that is behind a lock and key? All your fancy high and mighty terms don’t convince anyone.
This is the only program I have found that seems like it would actually work, but it’s for Firefox only? Why aren’t there more widespread ways to embed videos on Facebook?
