Return and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Return and Refund Policy applies to paid services, software deliverables, and related products provided by T2V LIMITED. Specific refund or cancellation terms in a signed proposal, invoice, or service agreement will apply where they differ from this policy.

2. Nature of Our Services

tech2view primarily provides custom software development, IT consultation, cybersecurity services, website development, and ongoing maintenance. Because many engagements involve bespoke work, refunds are assessed based on project stage, deliverables completed, and contract terms.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered where:

  • A duplicate or erroneous payment was made
  • A prepaid service was not initiated and no work has been performed
  • A written service agreement explicitly provides for a refund in the stated circumstances
  • Applicable consumer protection law requires a refund

Refunds are generally not available for completed and accepted deliverables, consumed consultation hours, deployed software, or services where work has substantially commenced as defined in the relevant contract.

4. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund claim, email info@tech2view.com with:

  • Your full name and company name
  • Invoice or payment reference
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Supporting documentation, if any

We will acknowledge receipt of your claim and review it in accordance with your agreement and this policy.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a refund claim is reviewed and approved, the refund will be completed within 7 to 10 working days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank, payment method, or financial institution. You will be notified by email when the refund has been initiated.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms depend on the type of service:

  • Consultation and ad-hoc services: may be cancelled before scheduled delivery subject to any administrative fee stated at booking.
  • Custom development projects: cancellation must be requested in writing. Fees for work completed, committed resources, and non-recoverable third-party costs may be charged as set out in the project agreement.
  • Maintenance and subscription services: may be cancelled with written notice as specified in the maintenance agreement. Prepaid periods already rendered are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If no separate cancellation terms exist in your contract, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@tech2view.com and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Services With No Refund or Cancellation

The following are typically non-refundable and non-cancellable once delivered or commenced, unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing:

  • Completed and client-approved milestones or deliverables
  • Licensed or third-party products procured on your behalf
  • Emergency or same-day support already rendered
  • Deposits identified as non-refundable in a signed quotation or agreement

8. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate promptly.
